Here we go ...

Well we've interviewed contractors, designers, cabinet makers, stairmakers and flooring experts. Wow - what a process. We haven't any dates booked yet - we're still trying to decide on pricing.

From what I understand the worst is yet to come. Everyone that has ever remodeled has given their advice and their contacts - I thank them for that. Remember - it's always "who you know".

Count down 5, 4, 3...

We're on the fast track to summer break - a time I usually dread, and anyone who stays at home with their kids understands.

Jordan will be graduating 6th grade on the 22nd and then it will be Wild Rivers all summer long. We have both of them signed up for classes during the summer to help pass the 2 months away.

We will be beginning our remodel on the kitchen soon. Drawings have been created and interviews are in the process. We'll keep you posted on this event as I am certain I will have lots to blog about :-).
